CONFIRMATION OF CUSTOM ORDER

After making your selections and adding items to your carts, you will be asked to confirm your selections. After confirmation and payment, you will receive a final confirmation notice and this will be the last chance to make changes before the order is processed and work has begun. Once the work has begun on your custom order, cancellations and/or changes will not be accepted. Custom items are not eligible for return.

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased from our website may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Custom items and final sale items (clearance items) are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In order to submit a return, please fill out the return form with your order number and follow the return instructions. Purchase receipt or order number must be included with return shipment. Full refunds are given within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from your date of purchase, returns will not be accepted or refunded. All refund requests are subject to quality inspection and only eligible for a refund after inspection. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
